Meet Becky
Becky Lee
Associate Human Factors Engineer
Becky graduated from Tufts University in 2023 with a degree in Human Factors Engineering and a minor in Engineering Management. She is now pursuing a Master’s in Human Factors Engineering for Medical Technology, aiming to hone her skills in industrial and digital design as well as her understanding of usability research and medical devices.
Having previously interned at Ahold Delhaize’s Innovation Lab, the Volpe National Center of Transportation, and Takeda Pharmaceuticals, Becky has experience researching, designing, and testing consumer products, apps, transport services, and combination devices. She is passionate about inclusive design, ergonomics, and accessibility, having worked with members of the disabled community and other minority groups as a student.
Based in Massachusetts, Becky spends her time outside of work dancing and cooking fusion foods. She is a teaching assistant for two classes at Tufts University (one on self-driving cars) and is a board member of the New England Chapter of the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society (NEC x HFES).
